Are Canadian businesses managing greenhouse gas emissions?

CPA Canada and FEI Canada research provides insight into how Canadian businesses are managing greenhouse gas emissions.

CPA Canada partnered with FEI Canada and the Canadian Financial Executives Research Foundation (CFERF), to conduct a study of how Canadian businesses were managing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, including their level of awareness of GHG emissions reporting requirements under existing and planned carbon pricing legislation. The resulting report is intended to spur dialogue amongst the business community about the opportunities and challenges associated with reducing GHG emissions in response to climate change.

Now complete, the study includes the results of an online survey, as well as insights gathered from senior finance executives at roundtable discussions held in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto.
