Lynn Pratt

Lynn is a partner in Deloitte’s National Capital Region.

She has over 25 years of experience with topics such as assurance, accounting advisory and financial accounting related matters including Public Sector Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and United States GAAP. She is currently a national office resource at Deloitte supporting its public company practice.

Lynn joined Deloitte in 1989. She was promoted to partner in 2001 and since that time has worked with many different clients, sectors and accounting frameworks.

With extensive experience in financial reporting, she is a dedicated community volunteer and has served on a number of boards of directors over the years. Lynn is currently the chair of the board of directors for the University of Ottawa Institute for Mental Health Research. She also sits on the Public Sector Accounting Board Revenue Task Force.
