Julie Ruben Rodney, MEd, CHRM, HRPA, CHRP

Julie is CEO and founder of MaxPeoplePerform, a human resources consulting organization that partners with clients to build and sustain productive and healthy workplaces. Julie focuses on helping people maximize their performance both individually and with teams, and is an experienced and dynamic facilitator, consultant, and keynote speaker in the areas of interpersonal communication, team building, leadership development, and creativity.

Prior to starting her own people development organization, Julie spent 10 years with MICA Consulting Partners where she successfully facilitated hundreds of interactive workshops, designed programs, built deep client relationships through business development, and project managed large-scale initiatives.

Julie is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, and has a Master’s in Adult Education (MEd) specializing in Workplace Learning and Change from the University of Toronto. She obtained her Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM) through the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), as well as her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
