Josée Dussault

Josée assumed the role of director general of the Business Returns Directorate at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) in September 2013. She began her career in 1983 at the Ottawa Tax Services Office. She has held several positions with increasing responsibility over the years, both in the Ontario region as well as in headquarters. She was appointed director of the Decision Support Division in the Taxpayer Services and Debt Management Branch in November 2005. From May 2008 to October 2009, she was chief of staff to the CRA commissioner. In October 2009, she moved to the federal Department of Public Safety as chief of staff to the Deputy Minister. She returned to the CRA in May 2012 as the director general of the Benefit Programs Directorate. Josée is a graduate of both the Management Trainee and Direxion programs at CRA.
