Having achieved the designation of a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) through the International Association of Facilitators, an accredited Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitator (CTF) and a certified One Smart World (OSW) trainer and facilitator, Helen has demonstrated her competency as a meeting facilitator. She has been training professionals to be effective meeting leaders for over 15 years. Helen is amply qualified both academically and with real world experience to assist other professionals with improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their meetings.
