Danielle Laflèche

Danielle is the director general of the Excise and GST/HST Rulings Directorate in the Legislative Policy and Regulatory Affairs Branch of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Danielle began her career with the CRA in 1992 as a GST rulings officer. She subsequently held progressively more responsible positions including director, Technical Publications and Programs Division; director, Public Service Bodies and Governments Division; and technical applications officer, Compliance Programs Branch. She was also director general of the Registered Plans Directorate. Danielle is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
