CPA Canada responds to May 2021 CSA notice and request for comment

We have responded to the CSA on the proposed amendments to National Instrument 51-102 and other amendments and changes relating to annual and interim filings of non-investment fund reporting issuers, as well as provided feedback on the proposed framework for semi-annual reporting.

Developed in consultation with a wide range of stakeholders, including preparers, investors, and auditors, the submission responds to the queries posed by the CSA and outlines key themes and feedback emerging from our stakeholder outreach.
