Mike St. Amant

Mike has worked in public accounting, internal audit, budgeting and financial support, and financial reporting and is currently the treasurer of the City of Toronto. He has previously acted as the treasurer of the City of London and the director of accounting for the City of Toronto.

For seven years, Mike led the Financial Advisory Panel of the Ontario Municipal Benchmarking Initiative and currently serves as a City of Toronto representative on the boards of Lakeshore Arena Corp., Casa Loma Corp., and Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Inc.

He earned a B.Comm at the University of Windsor in 1983, his CA designation in 1985 while working with Wilkinson & Co. in Belleville, and an MBA from the University of Ottawa in 1997.

Mike was on the Public Sector Accounting Board Government Transfers Task Force and currently serves on the Board’s Revenue Task Force.
