Kimberley Cook

Kimberley is a partner at Thorsteinssons LLP, Canada’s largest tax boutique law firm. Kim received her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1986. Her practice focuses on all aspects of representation related to commodity tax, income tax and customs matters. She has appeared on numerous occasions before the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, on a range of provincial sales tax, income tax, GST/HST and customs matters.
