Andrea Venneri

As Chief People Officer, Andrea is responsible for promoting a positive, inclusive culture and enabling a greater focus on the future of work. This includes helping CPA Canada achieve its vision for transformation in an ever-evolving landscape.

Andrea brings to the role more than 20 years of experience advising executives on corporate and people strategy development across the public, private and non-profit sectors.

Before joining CPA Canada, she served as a partner in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte Canada. There, she worked with senior leaders to align strategic priorities to the employee experience. Her responsibilities included developing new models of collaboration and building practical, adaptable roadmaps to guide long-term transformations.
