Stephen Rukavina

Stephen has a broad tax practice, covering both income and commodity tax. He has worked with businesses of all sizes, from closely held private companies to public multinational corporations. Stephen applies his understanding of tax laws to help clients to manage tax issues that arise and to resolve tax controversies.

Prior to joining Clark Wilson LLP, Stephen worked in a law firm associated with a Big Four accounting firm, with a focus on commodity tax (including GST/HST and PST), customs and trade, and tax dispute resolution.
