Rob Cook
Rob is focused on new deal origination and execution in the exploration and production business. His responsibilities include deal origination, structuring and execution, portfolio monitoring and exit. Rob currently represents ARC on the boards of KANATA Energy Group Ltd., Longshore Resources Ltd. and Steelhead Petroleum Ltd. and as a board observer of Catapult Environmental Inc.
Prior to joining ARC in 2000, Rob worked at Shell for 12 years as a staff reservoir engineer with assignments in Canada, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Rob became a CFA Charterholder in 2000 and a Professional Engineer (registered in Alberta) in 1993. He obtained an M.B.A from European University Business School (1996) and a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and Management from McMaster University (1988). Rob is a former President of the Calgary CFA Society.
