Rene Fortier

Rene is a senior account executive for P2 Energy Solutions Alberta ULC. He has been working with Qbyte products in one form or another for over 25 years. His roles have ranged from being a customer to implementation consulting to selling Qbyte products and services. His seven years of industry experience included two years at Unocal Canada and five years at Pennzoil Canada, where he worked with Qbyte applications. After that, Rene spent eight years working at P2 Energy Solutions providing implementation and consulting services, and has spent the last 12 years working in the Sales Group.

Rene's 25 years of oil and gas accounting and information systems experience have equipped him with an in-depth knowledge of Qbyte products and services, the competitive landscape, a strong understanding of P2’s customer requirements, software implementations, system conversions and project management.

Rene is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
