Rayna Shienfield

Rayna Shienfield is a principal of Corporate Oversight and Governance at CPA Canada. Under the direction of CPA Canada's Corporate Oversight and Governance Board and Not-for-Profit Governance Committee, Rayna oversees activities focusing on improving the quality of governance in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors by providing pragmatic, forward-thinking guidance for boards of directors.
