Raoul Cyr

Raoul Cyr is Director of Accounting and Financial Information at the City of Montreal. He possesses extensive experience in the field of finance and accounting acquired from working for various national and international firms. He is a member of the CPA Quebec Public Sector Accounting Working Group, where he analyzes and comments on new public sector accounting standards issued by CPA Canada, as well as a member of the CPA Quebec Municipal Governments Working Group, where he applies public sector accounting standards to the municipal field. Raoul is also a member of the Municipal Finance and Tax Committee of the Corporation des officiers municipaux du Québec.
