Ram Balakrishnan

Ram Balakrishnan is a managing director leading Protiviti’ s Internal Audit and IT Audit Practice in Canada. Ram works with clients across a cross section of industries to deliver outsourced and co-sourced internal audit and advisory services. Prior to Protiviti, Ram led the global Technology Operations audit function at BlackBerry and was the VP and chief audit executive at WSIB.

As leader of the Internal Audit and Financial Advisory practice in Canada, Ram is focused on providing internal audit, IT audit, risk management and advisory services to clients, consulting on matters of governance, risk and control.
