Patrina Buchanan

Patrina is an associate technical director at the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). She works with Henry Rees, director of implementation and adoption activities, on activities supporting the implementation of IFRS standards, and leads the work supporting the IFRS Interpretations Committee. Patrina has worked on a number of technical projects at the IASB and, in particular, led the development of the leases and consolidation standards. Before joining the IASB in 2004 she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Belfast, Brussels and London. Patrina is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
