Owen Charters

Owen is CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada, and has been a senior executive in fundraising and marketing at health charities, hospital foundations, and is the former CEO of CanadaHelps. 

As a volunteer, he serves on the advisory board of Common Good, a retirement plan for nonprofit sector employees, and the advisory committee for the School for Advanced Studies in the Arts and Humanities at Western University.

A former Chair of the board of Imagine Canada and of the Human Resources Council for the nonprofit sector, Owen is also an adjunct member of faculty at the Schulich School of Business, York University, lecturing at the MBA-level on nonprofit management in Canada.
