Nikki Robar

Nikki is the partner leading the deals practice for PwC in Atlantic Canada. She leads the valuations, modelling and disputes and transaction services practice for the region. Her areas of focus are primarily dispute analysis and business valuations and transaction support for the firm’s Atlantic office.

Nikki has worked for more than 22 years in the professional services industry, and two years in private industry (telecommunications), including more than six years in the British West Indies.

For the past 13 years, Nikki has focused on the area of business valuation, financial analysis, quantification of business losses and transactions. Her practice group provides financial and related advice to clients, their legal counsel and others, in matters involving valuations, business disputes loss quantification, purchase and sale of businesses, financing, re-structuring, financial due diligence and transactions subject to public scrutiny. Nikki has experience with a wide range of business issues and challenges in a variety of industries. She has also provided expert testimony with respect to business valuation, income quantification and economic losses in various industries.

Nikki is a member of the board of governors of St. Francis Xavier University, chair of the board’s finance committee and a member of the Nova Scotia Chapter of the Women Presidents’ Organization.
