Mary Grace Davenport

For the last twenty five years Mary Grace has served many of the firm’s leading global financial services clients. She is one of the firm’s leading subject matter experts on technology and business process controls. As a partner in PwC’s National office, she currently leads the digital vertical supporting audit methodology and inspection matters related to technology and controls including emerging technologies and third party assurance reporting. Mary Grace is also a member of the PCAOB's Data and Technology Task Force, the CAQ Data Analytics Task Force, CAQ Cybersecurity Task Force, and the AICPA’s Digital Assets Working Group.
