Martine Beaulieu

Martine has been a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada since 2009. Martine previously worked at the Autorité des Valeurs Mobilières du Québec (AMF) for six years, where she had the opportunity to participate in the research project on digital reporting, including the application of XBRL. She also participated in the NI 51-107 – Disclosure of Climate Matters research project. Previously, she worked to oversee the financial and non-financial information of reporting issuers, including IFRS and management and discussions reports.

Martine has had the good fortune to work with reporting issuers from various industries, including technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and retail industries. She also participated in the resolution of complex and regulatory accounting files with the AMF's General Accounting Department. More recently, she worked with the Digital IFRS Sustainability Taxonomy Task Force, as part of IOSCO's Sustainable Finance Task Force (STF). She also worked in the complex accounting team of CGI Inc. for several years, an IT consulting firm listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, advising corporate controllers on compliance with IFRS, i.e., IFRS 15, IFRS 16 and IAS 38.
