Martha Skeggs

Martha has more than 25 years of experience working with clients based in both Canada and the United States, providing tax consulting and related business advisory services to individuals, estates, professionals and business owners. She started her own firm, specializing in tax, over three years ago, and has not looked back since. She has a wealth of practical experience to draw on to help clients navigate the complexities of dual taxation.

Prior to setting up her own firm, Martha was tax director for over three years at a local accounting firm, where she led the tax group and was a key technical resource to the assurance group and their clients. Martha was also an associate partner at Deloitte for more than 10 years, specializing in expatriate taxation.

She taught both personal and corporate taxation as a contract instructor at Carleton University for several years.
