Mark Pinch

Mark Pinch is the Associate Chief Accountant at the Ontario Securities Commission. He is responsible for providing specialized accounting and auditing advisory services to various branches of the Commission, and assists with responding to regulatory issues pertaining to financial statements and performance measure reporting. Mark has been involved in the development of the recent proposals with respect to the disclosure for non-GAAP and other financial measures, which are intended to replace existing staff guidance.
