Mark Patterson

Mark is a partner in the assurance practice of PwC Vancouver and has been with the firm for more than 18 years. Mark's practice is focused on the mining sector. He has extensive experience working with public companies in the industry at all stages of development from junior exploration to major international mining companies. His experience includes working with companies reporting under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and those undertaking significant acquisition, debt, and equity financing transactions. He regularly presents on industry specific topics, including for CPA BC.
