Mark MacDonald

Mark is an experienced leader of public sector reform, having worked with dozens of governments worldwide and in every major policy sector, including health, human services, justice and security, finance and treasury, transportation, agriculture, trade and economic development, education and government services. Mark’s primary focus has been on advising senior officials on the design and implementation of whole-of-government and organizational programs to improve performance, secure better operating results in financial terms, and to significantly improve customer service.

He is the lead partner for Ernst and Young’s Global Public Financial Management practice, and lead partner for the firm’s Government and Public Sector practice based in Toronto.
