Lucy Durocher

Lucy is a partner in the National Accounting Consulting Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she helps companies account for complex transactions under both international and Canadian accounting standards and advises public companies on requirements for financial disclosure under Canadian securities regulation.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) in Ontario since 2007, Lucy works with public and private clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the Canadian public sector and application of International Financial Reporting Standards to the real estate and asset management industries. She regularly works with clients preparing for an initial public offering or other significant transactions to help them meet regulatory expectations with their filings. Her experience includes a year on secondment at the Ontario Securities Commission in the Office of the Chief Accountant.

Lucy graduated with a Masters in Management and Professional Accounting (MMPA) from the University of Toronto in 2005.
