Louis-Olivier is a senior manager in the Canadian tax group at KPMG LLP. His areas of expertise include tax compliance, audits of tax provisions, tax research and client and tax authority information request management. He has more than 12 years of experience in providing such services to privately and publicly held companies.
Louis-Olivier also advises many Canadian and foreign corporations on their structure, tax compliance and tax provision preparation or audit. He has been involved with several clients including Quebecor Media, Shaw Communications, Gesca-La Presse, Laurentian Bank, CGI, Bombardier Aerospace, CMC Esterline, Fiera Axium Infrastructure, Acceo Solutions and Camoplast.
Louis-Olivier tutored for Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada)’s In-Depth Tax Course for three years. He has also been a demonstrator and proofreader for several tax or accounting programs at both the graduate and undergraduate levels at HEC Montréal. He is currently a member of the Tax Advisory Committee of Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA Québec).
