Loudon Owen

Loudon is chair and CEO of DLT Labs Inc., which has developed a leading platform for digital transformation, with a complete suite of digital ledger technologies for enterprise.

Loudon has over 30 years of building businesses around the globe as an international businessman, venture capitalist, and lawyer. He previously co-founded McLean Watson Capital, one of Canada’s premier venture capital firms.

In particular, he has decades of experience in technology ventures, including 3D imaging software, deep mining technology, xml data management, and now digital transformation and distributed ledger technology. A champion of intellectual property rights he is recognized as one the world’s leading intellectual property strategists (IAM 300).

He holds a BA (University of Toronto), a JD (Osgoode Hall Law School), and an MBA (INSEAD).
