Lois Gardiner

Lois is the national practice leader for Aon Global Risk Consulting practice in Canada. She has been with Aon for four years. Prior to Aon, Lois spent seven years at Canadian Pacific Railway (CP) as their managing director risk management. Within her portfolio was insurance procurement, business continuity planning, policy and procedure governance, internal control framework, insurance claims recovery, risk allocation framework and the enterprise risk management program. Prior to CP Lois spent 11 years of her career with Shell in Canada, Switzerland and the U.K. in a variety of finance and risk management roles. Lois has two daughters, 17 and 13 years of age, and is passionate about skiing, painting and, more recently, hiking.
