Laura Vaughan

Laura brings 12 years of business leadership experience into the realm of software consulting with 180 Systems. With five years of public practice experience and a variety of senior leadership roles from general manager to COO and president, Laura has developed hands-on experience in financial management, business process design, restructuring, strategy development, team leadership, and change management.

Laura has an undergraduate degree in Music Performance from the University of Western Ontario, combined with a master’s in Management and Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto. She obtained her CPA, CA in 2001 with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is also a faculty member of Georgian College, a facilitator for the City of Toronto’s Change Management Certification program, mom, dog person, and novice writer.
