Kim is a partner and leads EY’s Americas technology solution delivery and Canadian technology consulting teams. She has consulted with major corporate and mid-market clients across Canada and the U.S., leveraging technology to drive business value and insight and to optimize IT operations. Her area of focus is business transformation enabled by packaged software, from automation tools to full-scale enterprise resource planning. Kim has more than 25 years of business and technology consulting experience and has worked across many industries, including banking, insurance, manufacturing, and power and utilities. Her resume includes five years with a global software vendor, leading first the cross-industry Canadian and then the North American financial services consulting teams. Kim was also on the management team of the Canadian operations of a global outsourcer. As a leader in EY’s technology practice, she works with clients across Canada and the U.S. to advise on the alignment of business strategy with technology execution for improved processes, outcomes and insights. Kim is a frequent speaker on disruptive technology at EY and industry-sponsored events across Canada.
