Kenneth Keung

Kenneth is a director at the Calgary office of Moodys Gartner Tax Law LLP. He has been providing his tax expertise to clients, ranging from private family businesses to multi-national enterprises, since 2003. His areas of focus include private business taxation, inbound and outbound cross-border transactions, corporate and trust reorganization, acquisitions and divestitures, and estate planning.

Kenneth is an award-winning author of several published papers and numerous articles, and he contributes frequently to the Joint Committee on Taxation of the CBA and CPA Canada, offering the federal government input on tax laws. He has tutored and assisted with the development of CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program, and is an executive member of the Calgary branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Kenneth previously sat on the Canadian Tax Foundation National Conference Program committee, the Technical Knowledge Development committee for the Financial Planning Standards Council, the Steering Committee of the Canadian Tax Foundation Young Practitioners and the Ernst & Young Power and Utilities Industry committee.
