Ken Eakin

Ken is a senior advisor, Operational Excellence, at EDC, where he has been the lean coach to the senior leaders of the Finance, Technology and Insurance functions since 2014. Prior to working at EDC, he worked for 13 years in the container shipping industry in Toronto and Montreal. He was certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt while working as a process improvement manager for Maersk Line. He holds an MA in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
