Katrina Carroll-Foster

As a partner and founder of Kollectively, Katrina has worked with the founders and leadership teams of dozens of innovative startups, growth-stage technology companies, and tech associations to optimize their brand and marketing strategies for market adoption and growth. As Stuart Butterfield has said, ‘great technology may sell, but well-branded, properly positioned, great technology sells even better.’ Katrina also co-founded and raised capital for one of the market’s first subscription e-commerce startups.

Katrina has co-created and delivers brand and marketing-focused seminars for growth-stage tech companies to associations like Foresight, Viatec and BCTech.

She champions entrepreneurs as a mentor, advisor and EiR for organizations like New Ventures BC, League of Innovators and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. She co-founded The Raise Collective to help change the ratio of women in early-stage investing and to support female founders successfully raise capital. She is the original co-founder of YES! Vancouver (Young Executives of Success), an organization that offers mentorship and networking to young professional women, as well as raising vital funds to support Dress for Success Vancouver. She formerly sat as a director for the Make a Wish Foundation BC/Yukon and Dress for Success BC.
