Karen Gosse

As vice-president, planning & forecasting at Fortis Inc. since November 2015, Karen has corporate leadership responsibility for the consolidated business planning and forecasting processes. She holds a bachelor of commerce (co-operative) (hons.) degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland along with her CPA, CA designation. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador. From 2013 through 2015, Karen held the role of vice-president finance, CFO of Fortis Properties Corporation and led the financial aspects of the strategic review and divestiture of the company’s hotel and commercial real estate assets. Previously, Karen worked for eight years with Fortis Inc. as manager, financial reporting. Karen is the volunteer treasurer of Gymnastics Newfoundland and Labrador.
