Juliet is the vice-president of Finance and Human Resources and the chief financial officer at Defence Construction Canada (DCC). Reporting to the president and CEO, Juliet is accountable for the strategic leadership and oversight of the Finance and Human Resources departments. She is also responsible for the financial planning and sustainability of the corporation.

Juliet joined DCC’s executive management team in September 2016. With more than 20 years of public and private sector experience, she has worked with a variety of government organizations and has also served as the deputy chief financial officer of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Security Investment Program in Brussels, Belgium. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. She serves as the treasurer of the non-profit organization Immigrant Women Services Ottawa.
