Juliet Woodfield, CPA, CA

Juliet is the new vice-president of Finance and Human Resources and the chief financial officer at Defence Construction Canada (DCC). Reporting to the president and CEO, Juliet is accountable for the strategic leadership and oversight of the Finance and Human Resources departments. She is also responsible for the financial planning and sustainability of the corporation.

Juliet brings more than 20 years of public and private sector experience to DCC, including the areas of infrastructure and the environment. Most recently, Juliet was the vice-president, Corporate Services, at the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency, where she had leadership responsibility for Finance and Human Resources, among other functions. She has worked with a variety of government organizations including the Office of the Auditor General and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, and she has served as the deputy chief financial officer of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Security Investment Program in Brussels, Belgium. In addition to her accounting designation, Juliet is bilingual and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.
