Jeremy Martenstyn

Jeremy Martenstyn is a Partner in BDO’s Toronto office, with more than 12 years of professional experience providing tax services to private companies and the families that own them.

Jeremy’s experience includes assisting clients with purchases and sales of businesses, estate and post-mortem planning, tax-efficient corporate structuring, and family trust planning. He has also worked extensively on his clients’ behalf to successfully resolve tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Jeremy is a member of BDO’s Private Client Services team, is a past group study leader for the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, and presents regularly on various private company tax issues.
