Jenny Mboutsiadis

Jenny is a member of the Tax Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Fasken Martineau’s Toronto office. Jenny has practised exclusively as a tax litigator since being called to the Ontario bar in 2001. Jenny recently spent 11 years as a highly respected tax litigator for the Department of Justice Canada. Prior to that, she was a tax litigator at a leading Bay Street law firm. She has extensive successful experience arguing tax cases in the Tax Court of Canada and in the Federal Court of Appeal, and was lead counsel in many precedent-setting cases.
