Jenny Lewis

Jenny is a partner with Reinventing Retirement Ltd. and owner of LEWCO Consulting Inc. For more than 25 years she has collaborated with organizations in addressing organizational change through training and performance interventions, focusing on leadership and the “emotional” impact that employees and employers experience during change.

Partnering with Michelle Sharp, a leading expert in Western Canada on Knowledge Management (KM), she currently works with organizations to ensure business continuity as people come and go. Operating as catalysts, they help organizations and individuals reinvent how they think about retirement and collaborate with them in creating smooth transitions.
