Jean MacDougall

Jean is a vice-president with business banking and leads a team of relationship managers throughout the Nova Scotia market.

She has been with BMO for nine years. Her previous roles include community analyst, relationship manager, senior specialist for commercial communities and senior manager portfolio and client services. She has distinguished herself through a focus on customer experience, operational effectiveness and leadership of successful teams.

Jean completed her bachelor of commerce degree at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax. She has a strong community focus and engages with multiple charitable organizations, including the United Way, Kids Help Phone and Ride for Cancer. Jean currently resides in Halifax with her husband and five-year-old son. She enjoys all sport-related events, travel, reading and gardening.
