Jason is one of the founding partners and the President at Valuation Support Partners Ltd., a professional services firm specializing in providing the business and legal communities with business valuation, litigation support and exit planning advisory services.

Jason has completed numerous valuation and expert reports for various purposes, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, tax planning and corporate reorganizations, succession/exit planning, commercial and shareholder disputes, matrimonial separation, breach of contract matters, securities law, patent infringement and general corporate decision-making purposes.
