Janice Rennie

Janice has held senior positions with a number of companies including, most recently, senior vice-president of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness at EPCOR Utilities Inc.

Janice has extensive board and audit committee experience, currently serving on the boards of, and as chair of the audit committees of, Greystone Capital Management Inc. and West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. She serves on the boards of, and as member of the audit committees of, Methanex Corp., Major Drilling Group International Inc. and WestJet Airlines Ltd. She has also previously served on the boards and audit committees of Capital Power Corp, CHIP REIT, EPCOR Utilities Inc., NOVA Chemicals Inc., Teck Resources Ltd., bcIMC Hotel Group and Matrikon Inc.

Her experience in the not-for-profit sector includes serving as chair of the audit committee of the Province of Alberta and the inaugural boards of the Accounting Education Foundation of Alberta and the Edmonton Community Foundation.
