James McLean

James leads PwC’s Operational Excellence consulting practice in Canada. He has worked and consulted globally for over 19 years across a wide variety sectors specializing in the areas Operational Excellence, Lean and Perform, Supply Chain, Asset Management and Maintenance. 

James has significant experience in Utilities, Energy and Industrial Products sectors having led significant transformations across a number clients in these Partner, Operational Excellence sectors in Europe and in North America. Prior to joining PwC James held senior operational and supply chain roles within Unilever and SC Johnson leading a Lean based operational turnaround that culminated in a string of prestigious industry awards for including the UK’s Overall award for Manufacturing Excellence. James has been responsible for strategic change and transformation throughout his career and has delivered over $1.2bn worth of savings for clients to date.
