Jadys Bourdelais

Jadys Bourdelais is a partner in the Indirect Tax group working in the Montreal office. He has more than 14 years of experience working with clients, both as an auditor and an indirect tax advisor.

Jadys advises Canadian multinationals on all indirect tax matters including regarding the optimization of global and regional compliance and indirect tax function. He serves clients in various sectors including financial services and financial institution, real estate, government entities, technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and retail.

Jadys shares his experience at regional and national indirect tax conferences such as the CPA Canada Commodity tax symposium, the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association Tax Conference, the Pension Investment Association of Canada Tax Forum and APFF.

He is the associate editor of both the EY’s Complete Guide to GST/HST and the CPA Canada Commodity Tax News.

Jadys has also been a lecturer at University of Sherbrooke’s Graduate Program in Indirect Tax since 2017.

Jadys holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a postgraduate diploma in professional accounting and a postgraduate diploma in taxation from HEC Montreal. He is also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec and holds a CA designation. He is fluent in English and French.

He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Association de planification fiscale et financière.
