Ian Munro is a leadership coach with a primary passion for helping managers and executives unleash their authentic leadership style by accessing their innate strengths in service of their values. His personal value statement is to be a dynamic listener who facilitates progress for others by synthesizing new ways of moving forward. He has worked with leaders and executives from both Fortune 500 and pre-IPO start-ups.

Prior to establishing his coaching practice, Ian was a business leader in the IT industry, culminating in a top table role with a North American services provider. He is a certified coach (ICF PCC) and former professional accountant (CMA - resigned).
