Ian Bourne

Ian Bourne is a Corporate Director. He is Chairman of Teine Energy and serves as a director of the Canadian Public Accountability Board. He was Chairman of Ballard Power and  SNC Lavalin following his role as Interim CEO.  He served as a director and chaired committees of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Wajax Corporation, Canadian Oil Sands Limited, Hydro One Limited, and TransAlta Power LP.  He Is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors. His executive career included CFO of TransAlta, Canada Post and GE Canada. He has served on and chaired many not for profit organizations.
