Grant Abrams

Grant is a partner in Finance and Performance Management Services for Deloitte LLP, where he leads finance transformation services in the Canadian public sector. With over 20 years of professional services experience, he has advised government organizations in the areas of finance transformation; costing; planning, budgeting and forecasting; finance analytics; and enterprise cost reduction. Grant recently advised the Government of Canada on its Deficit Reduction Action Plan, which resulted in $5 billion of savings. He has led large and complex costing projects for organizations such as the Department of National Defence and Canada Post Corporation.

Grant has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University with concentrations in finance and accounting, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).
