Gloria Kim

Gloria is a partner in the M&A tax group in the Toronto office of PwC.

As a result of her past experience in the Canadian corporate tax group and her M&A tax experience, she has worked on a variety of tax compliance, tax provision, and planning matters including acquisition structuring assignments, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and post-acquisition reorganizations.

While working on acquisition and restructuring transactions, Gloria focuses on understanding a company’s business and their tax profile in order to identify and mitigate key tax risks and identify potential tax planning opportunities. Gloria has worked with a variety of clients from private companies, multinational companies, public companies and private equity funds.
