Gianni Pezzente

Gianni is a senior manager in the Canadian corporate tax group at BDO. Gianni recently joined BDO from industry where he was the tax and treasury manager for a Canadian public company with international operations. Before that, he was at a global firm in their large corporate tax group.

Gianni has more than 11 years of experience, focusing exclusively in the income tax area since 2009. He has provided advisory services to clients in a wide range of industries, including technologies, real estate/construction, oil and gas and related industries. He has successfully assisted a number of clients with mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory, corporate reorganizations and related advisory services.
