Erfan Kazemi

Erfan is the CFO at Sandstorm Gold Ltd., a company that provides stream and royalty financing to the mining sector. In his role, Erfan has helped raise over $300 million in equity and debt and has been involved in more than 20 royalty transactions, helping to diversify Sandstorm’s asset base while more than doubling the company’s annual cash flow. Prior to working at Sandstorm, Erfan was a senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed the audits of billion-dollar multinational entities and assisted clients in areas such as public financing, mergers and acquisitions, U.S./SEC securities filings and various other areas. Erfan received an Early Achievement Award from Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPABC) in 2014 and was named to Business in Vancouver’s “Top 40 under 40” in 2013.
